TrigTauRec: ipSigLeadTrk fix, ptDetectorAxis change, added EtFinal and vertex_y, modified Eta and Phi plots (ATR-20310)

Changed:

  • ptDetectorAxis definition and fixed ipSigLeadTrk plot.

Added:

  • vertex_y plot under tauMonitoringPrecision and tauMonitoringPrecisionMVA.
  • dEtaEFTau_RoI and dPhiEFTau_RoI plots where missing.
  • EtFinal together with vs Eta and Phi plots.

Simplified angular binning and range definitions.

Removed extra EtaL1 plots.
