the z range for muonIso ROI is set to 10.0 mm

Berare Gokturk requested to merge bgokturk/athena:adding-z-dependence into master

earlier the z-width feature to the muonIso ROI was added at merge request 45069 by @sutt . And after careful testing, the value for the z-width itself is decided as 10.0 mm. The change only reflects this.
