Setting the z-width for muonIso to 10.0 mm

Earlier the z-width feature was added at merge request 45069 by @sutt. After careful testing, the value for the z-width for muonIso is decided as 10.0 mm. The change reflects this.

Note, that as this changes rthe muonIso Roi z-width then the moun counts will change, hence the patched reference file, where surprise, surprise, the moun counts changed as expected.
