z-width for muonIso ROI is set to 10.0 mm

Berare Gokturk requested to merge bgokturk/athena:setting-z-dependence into master

Earlier the z-width feature to ROI was added at merge request !45069 (merged) by @sutt . And after careful testing, the value for the z-width itself is decided as 10.0 mm for muonIso. The change only reflects this.
