Cleanup Run 4 InDetDD classes

This one is big, but it will still probably be easier to review in one go as changes are similar:

• consistently use InDetDD namespace
• for ITk also add nested ITk namespace
• cleanup redundant imports
• memory handling improvements
• only use component library in mostcc cases
• clean trailing whitespace (and unify whitespace)
