Disable a test of a corner-case workflow running Trigger BS->BS with offline athena.py. The workflow (in particular the BS writing configuration) needs to be reworked, but since this is not used in production it has very low priority. Disable the test to avoid repeated failures in ART as reported in ATR-24010 and other tickets previously.
