Update overlay CI test to MC20 configuration

Update overlay CI test to MC20 configuration. I updated the RDO input but I kept the HITS the same for now as single muons are a bit faster than ttbar.

is this MR one of the ingredients to allow us to move the CI to gcc11 eventually ? If so, can this please be merged today @tsulaia ?
