Muons: Remove TrackingGeometrySvc

This removes the TrackingGeometrySvc from most places in the Muon configuration ... one I can't remove, because this triggers other issues.

I also fixed a missing configuration of an Extrapolator... (this is part of the issue I mentioned above).

Adding full-unit-tests, just in case there's something unforeseen.
