Update AthDerivation HION ART tests

The AthDerivation ART tests for HION derivations have been found to be partially outdated in terms of configurations (preExecs) and input files. This MR updates the ART test configurations and adds tests for formats that have been missing previously.

Tests are not added for the HION1 format which has never been fully developed. Similarly, MC tests are not added for a few formats that have never been used with MC samples (HION4, HION10, HION11). In addition, the MC test for the HION6 format is omitted due to currently unresolved errors observed in local tests.
