Updates for AT CI tests in R22

A few minor updates related to validation and CI tests of AnalysisTop:

  • Update paths to new PHYS versions for both MC and data CI tests
  • Update Photon cleaning to use variables available in PHYS
  • Minor cleanup in validation and example config files
