TauTrig cleanup : remove TrackTwoMVATest chain

This MR will remove "TrackTwoMVATest" chain from tau trigger code and trigger menu. This chain was configured to keep the TauID and the track cuts at high tau pt regime and was used during the studies of the high rate issue at high tau pt regime. Now that the rate issue is solved, this chain won't be used anymore and it can be removed
