Example (in min bias signature) of using newJO for complete menu sequence creation

This MR shows how newJO made MenuSequence can be converted and used in current config system.

Tagging @fwinkl and @khoo who never likes the names that I pick :-).

If that style (higher order function) is liked I'll redo the other MR (!47865 (closed)) along the same lines.
