Removed fixed R=0.2 charged truth jets from derivations

This MR removes R = 0.2 truth charged jets from TRUTH1 and also their building per default in each derivation (not only TRUTH) that call addStandardTruthContents. The corresponding jets at reconstruction level are not supported anymore and were replaced by VR track jets (the truth jets corresponding to those are already built in 21.2).

A separate MR will be prepared for master where we're currently trying to optimize the truth jet content.
