bugfix for other two accidentally deleted index increments -- relevant for LocalHadronCalibration

during the code cleaning in !122db5c6 the increment of iCLus was deleted. This causes the ENG_CALIB_OUT_L moments to be assigned to the first cluster only and the Local Hadron Calibration weights derived like this are garbage.
