Fix in Trig_reco_tf.py is to resolve the blocker on launching any trigger reprocessings

added "runNumber" into the trigP1_v1PhysP1_T0MonTrf_build test (to mimic Panda) and confirmed that it is now ignored without harm

Also fixed monitoring to have correct menu for trigP1_v1PhysP1_T0Mon_grid (ATR-24592)
