Support new exclusive triggers naming

Adds support (minor changes in hypo tools) and small changes in python menu to support construction of exclusive MB chains. This addresses JIRA: ATR-24396 Note, no chains are actually added in this MR. That will happen in the follow-up one.

For the next MR a reasonable (set) of chains that we want to defined would be needed.
