Adding AFP protons reconstruction

Adding a next step in the AFP reconstruction. AFP_GlobReco will take AFPTracks on the input and attempt to reconstruct AFProtons.

Only 1 reconstruction method implemented so far, more to follow. The reconstruction was taken from AfpAnalysisToolbox.
