Removing QGTagger variables from PHYS(LITE)

Some crashes associated to the QGTagger were reported here (EXOTPROD-250) for DAOD_PHYS. Fixing them in R21 may require some work which is probably not worth for R21. After some discussion at the DAOD coordination meeting, we decided to remove the QGTagger variables since they are not currently used in R21 PHYS.
