Avoid misconfiguration for segment-tags in the Low-pT working point

The experimental option to include segment-tagged muons in the Low-pT working point is only meaningful in combination with the MVA-based Low-pT working point. This MR just avoids the misconfiguration of using the cut-based Low-pT working point with segment-tagged muons included.
