MuonConfig: add ESD/AOD output

Adds StandaloneMuonOutputCfg

Also fixes a misconfiguration WARNING by adding MuonPatternCalibrationCfg (cc @jojungge)

Tested with unit tests and with test_new_jo_raw_reco.sh
