Conf trigger output in newjo reco

This MR has several changes for configuring trigger output in RAW->ALL reco jobs. In particular,

EDM is configured (followup would be needed here to share this config with pieces in TriggerConfig - there they are designed and consider only Run3 EDM),

metadata (menus) - for this small extension to addToESD/AOD is added, trigger navigation slimming is configured
