Dear all,

Update Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigAnalysisTest/share/ref_RDOtoRDOTrig_v1DevHI_build.ref according to HI menu update in !49227 (merged). (to add count reference information for new trigger chains) This reference is not referred to by the CI test so far, but only by one ART test.

The need for the reference update is reported in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-24755 as well.
