Handle new PrecisionCalo keys within TrigEgammaMonitoring and TrigEgammaMatchingTool

This MR is for preparing the TrigEgammaMonitoring and TrigEgammaMatchingTool frameworks to handle new PrecisionCalo keys. This MR is the first part of the implementation to handle the et peak below the threshold (photon case).

The second part of the implementation (in the next MR) will have the definition of different CaloClusters containers for electrons and photons, on the TrigEDMRun3 and sequence definitions side.
