TrfTestsART:: Add new tests: q442, q443 and q442 with CA

Added new tests in TrfTestsART:

• q442 (replaces q431 eventually) in RAWtoALL/MT mode
• q443 (replaces q221 eventually) in RAWtoALL/MT mode
• q442 in ComponentAccumulator mode, with checkxAOD, disabled HIST output and FPEAuditor, only in master branch

@elmsheus are we OK to remove the q221 ART test from this package now? That will allow us to proceed with some trigger code cleanup that will break q221.
