Decision of overlap removal is stored chain-by-chain

So far the decision of overlap removal during hypo of TrigMuFast or TrigmuComb is stored in a global variable of muon. That's why the decision depends on the list of trigger chains, as reported in ATR-24785. This MR makes each muon store ID of trigger chains when the muon is decided to be overlapped with another muon.
