Update default MC conditions for trigger

Updating the default conditions used in the trigger to the Run 2 best knowledge conditions used for mc20d/e. Since this changes a bit the objects the trigger reconstructs, the references have also been updated. For the few tests that run over very old MC files and need to continue using the old conditions, adding explicitly the override for the TRT NN conditions so it can be removed more generally in !49827 (merged) (cc @cgrefe for info).
