TauTrig : adding more Phase-1 single leg tau triggers in the Physics Menu ATR-24367, ATR-24283

Antonio De Maria requested to merge ademaria/athena:tau_25_phase1 into master

Adding "idperf" and "perf" version of the tau25 single tau triggers seeded by Phase-1 L1. These will be used to further keep comparing Phase-1 and Legacy L1 seeded tau triggers.
