Tail studies in track resolutions for ITk

  1. Added 2D "core-tail" plots of track parameters as a function of eta or pT.
  2. Added TEfficiency plots displaying the fraction of tracks vs eta and pT in the tails, based on the previous plots.
  3. Updated the postProcessing script to properly recompute those histograms when merging several files.
  4. Add flags to job options in PhysValITk_jobOptions.py to steer if the TH1 plots displaying track kinematics + hit content for tracks in the tails should be done.
