Dropped obsolete LArCellContainer

Vakhtang Tsulaia requested to merge tsulaia/athena:master-larcellcont into master

Also removed LArCellContainerCnv, cleaned all references to LArCellContainer from the repository, and did some cleanup of unused scripts and refs in AthenaPoolTest
