AnalysisTop: Disable muon-pflow jet overlap removal

This MR disables the muon-pflow-jet overlap removal that was used as a workaround in R21. The workaround was needed because muons were sometimes treated as pions in PFlow algorithm, therefore needing this special overlap removal step. This original bug does not exist in R22, thus this overlap removal is not needed anymore.
