Fix for ATLASRECTS-6798: Allow output container for PixelPrepRawDataToxAOD to be set

As above, fixes ATLASRECTS-6798 by allowing the output of PixelPrepRawDataToxAOD to be set, and setting this for IDPIXLUMI config, to avoid name clashes when running in RAWtoALL. Probably a name change should be applied everywhere, but don't do that for the moment to avoid breaking any downstream assumptions.
