Clean up of DigitizationTests ART scripts

Some small changes to the various DigitizationTests ART scripts. Mostly to make the sub-step names clearer. In addition the separate diff-pool and diff-root comparisons to the fixed reference files have been combined into a single substep result.

NB This merge request only changes ART grid scripts, so the changes will not affect the CI pipeline output.
