This MR attempts to modify the jet and MET analysis sequence to allow running them on PHYSLITE.
In PHYSLITE the jet collection is called "AnalysisJets", which does not match any of the required naming patterns.
Similarily, the MET collection is called "AnalysisMET", which misses "PFlow" in the name and therefore the PFlow flag would not be set correctly.
I added a few lines to manually correct for these things.
