PyJobTransforms: Require an exact match (in number of events) between the input and the PHYS and PHYSLITE DAODs

This MR updates the JT validation logic in which we're requiring an exact match, in number of events, between the input and the DAOD_PHYS and DAOD_PHYSLITE outputs.
