Cleanup of Dev menu for MET, jet and b-jet chains (ATR-24846, ATR-24847), UnconvTrk support (ATR-23153)

  • Removed various pure-testing chains from the Dev menu that are not needed in the long term
  • Included new requests for LRT/unconventional tracking support chains
  • Flagged many chains that were not intended for physics as Dev
  • Moved b-tagger training chain to MC menu
  • Moved primary and support chains to the Physics menu
    • dijet TLA PF triggers
    • reduced threshold for unprescaled single forward jet
    • EMTopo+tracking backup triggers (CPU common with PF primaries, should raise thresholds)
    • g85_tight_3j50 copies
    • g90_loose_xe90 copies
  • Removed HH4b chains with alternative pt or b-tag selections
  • Adjusted definition of HH4b chains using L1 muon+jet seeds to be in line with L1Calo-seeded

Would be good if @dguest, @cpollard, @ayana, @cantel have a look, in case I may have been fairly aggressive with the jet/b-jet removals. I would still like to pare down the Dev b-jet chains further if possible.
