Implement recalculation of MM cluster positions based on segment seed

This MR adapts the uTPC and the CTP clusterization methods for the Micromegas to be able to recalculate the cluster position using the theta direction from the segment seed. As a nice side effect, they also use the magnetic field corrections now.
