Remove Geo2G4's LArWheelSolidCheckerDict

Benjamin Morgan requested to merge bmorgan/athena:retire-larwheelsolidcheckerdict into master

Identified during work on !49938 (merged) for ATLASSIM-3150. Whilst solutions for use of this dictionary with the "big library" work are possible, discussion with @asoukhar indicated this dictionary was only used for debugging in development and can now be removed.

That's to be confirmed with this Merge Request. Also pinging @jchapman and @mbandier for their info.
