with average pileup 52, step 3 is convolution ofSimulationJobOptions/preInclude.PileUpBunchTrainsFill_7314_BCMS_Pattern.py
(high dispersion) with flat 25-52 average pileup profile. -

: PU distribution intended to be used with BCID-to-BCID variations in bunch intensity structure. Uses "step" mechanism to separate the four LB ranges for different beamspot sizes/pileup.
