Update structure of folders in HIST file to be compatible with folders in WebDisplay.

Hi @alaperto,

there was actually no need to rebuild - the warnings in the Hijing_i package are known and definitely unrelated.

The changes look good from L1 side, so I'm going to approve the MR.
