Fix vertex analyses with changed fullscan chains

The fullscan chains were changed in the menu, so the chains to monitor were updated, but configuration changes for the vertex analyses weren't done correctly. This fixes that.

Marked urgent, since we have vertex changes we need to investigate, and we have had no vertex monitoring for several weeks, first due to menu changes, then this, which is just an extension of that issue.
