Add CP::TrigMatchingAlg to bridge the gap between central matching and analysis for single and dilepton triggers.
This should be mainly reviewed by @jburr and @krumnack as there are many ways how this can be simplified. I also wonder if using hardcoded matching arguments can be avoided.
