Set a skeleton default for Digitization.RandomSeedOffset.

Should make q-tests match better.

Also update the input of MC overlay to Z->mumu as single particle samples were found a bit too unreliable in finding issues. No noticeable increase in timing was observed (as diff-root dominates the test).
