Fix LAr BS decoding

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LArBSdecoding into master

This should fix a problem with only partial decoding of LAr BS when DT is fully included seen in M12 runs. Without it only EMB-A part is decoded. Would be good to have it at T0 for bulk processing of M12 runs.
