Draft: ITk Strips Digitization

This branch is for implementing correct event digitization in the Strip Detector part of the ITk.

Changes were made in SCT packages from which the corresponding ITk files inherit to add functions for electrons as charge carriers alongside the pre-existing functions for holes, e.g. electron charge trapping and electron transport. Hardcoded values in python config files for depletion and bias voltage have been adjusted to more appropriate values seen in production sensors.
