Cleaning of condition algorithms for InDet CA configs

This MR provides some cleaning of the InDet CA configs for the condition algorithms. In some cases, the relevant algorithms where not scheduled directly in the configs of tools or algorithms consuming the associated conditions data, leading typically to large in-block imports at the end of some configs (typically for standalone main executables). Outputs have been checked to be unchanged for q442, q443 and q447.
