Adding/adjusting triggers for gFEX validation and calo jet supports

Attn @fizisist, adding some prescaled (calo) jet chains to help populate the gJ pt range. Included are thresholds that line up with the standard prescaled jets:

HLT_j60_L1gJ20
HLT_j85_L1gJ20
HLT_j110_L1gJ30
HLT_j175_L1gJ50
HLT_j360_L1gJ100

Are these good enough for gFEX commissioning? The define thresholds don't exactly line up with the full set of legacy ones, but we are rather tight for L1 bits, so if you want more stats in intermediate ranges, it is probably best that we add some more HLT thresholds.

Note: We also have gJ40 in the menu, which we could make use of if interesting, or set to another (higher?) value.

Also note to @cantel, @ayana, @sschramm, I have added in central small-R EMTopo thresholds matching the PF supports, so we can get some rate (and even unique rate) checks in a reprocessing, to inform decisions about the prescales.
