TCT update: switch to x627/f1206 + drop Run2Geometry tests

Removed the tests of M11 data with Run 2 geometry according to RECTS-6993.

Renamed test_bulk_processing_local.sh as test_bulkProcessing_pilotBeam_local.sh

Updated the test_expressProcessing_* tests to be configured with x627 instead of x621 (newer conditions, etc), except pilot beam tests (remaining with x623) due to ATR-25320.

Similarly updated the test_bulkProcessing_* tests to be configured with f1206 instead of f1204, except pilot beam tests (rremaining/changed to f1207).
