TriggerMenuMT Jet: Adding one more round dev HT presel chains (ATR-24720)

Adding one more round of jet HT preselection chains for rate,cost and trigger turn on studies:

  • Adding HT1000 with presel HTj450 type chains
  • Adding HT50 with presel HTj400, HTj450, HTj500 - for easier plotting of preselection turn-on curves

In addition adding HLT_j20_PhysicsTLA_L1J45p0ETA21_3J15p0ETA25 for possible studies on fast-btagged HH4b signal with EMTopo TLA.
