Added different pT thresholds for diffferent large r jets

I adjusted the HION9.py such that it would produce R=1.0, 0.8, 0.6 and 0.4 jets for data and MC samples. I made sure to add in code that will have a specific pT cut. However, I did not have a pT cut on any of the truth jets.
