MuonConfig: remove ESDcontent from AODwith CA
As described in the reco meeting this week (https://indico.cern.ch/event/1157262/contributions/4859546/attachments/2436463/4172948/RecoIssues_2022-05-03.pdf) there is ESD muon content in the AOD when running with the --CA option. I also fixed a minor typo in RecoSteering
This was tested locally by running: https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/blob/master/Tools/TrfTestsART/test/test_trf_q443_r2a_ca_mt_compare.sh
